Fifth Generation Bread Co. is named in honor of our roots—five generations of Coloradans stretching back to 1858, when Great-Great Grandpa Steuart followed the Gold Rush west in hopes of striking it rich. He didn't find gold, but he did find a home.

 

Now, Sam Nilsson, owner of Fifth Generation Bread, is carrying on the family name with a homemade sourdough that's rooted in the practical Western spirit. It's nourishing, packable, allergen-friendly, and made with love in the heart of Golden, Colorado.
